Luis Jaramillo: Dreamscapes – New Paintings & Artist Talk

Join us for an exhibition reception featuring new paintings by Greenville painter Luis Jaramillo, Saturday, September 16, 2023, at 6 p.m. At 6:30 p.m., the artist will give a brief talk to present the paintings in this exhibition.

Jaramillo began architecture studies at Universidad de Los Andes in Bogota, Colombia, in 1971. In 1976, Luis enrolled in The Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He earned a full scholarship at the academy, a private studio, and the Gimbel Prize for excellence in Painting. Today, he maintains a private studio in Greenville, South Carolina.
